Jordan Falcons’ Results at the William Jones Cup

Amman, August 20– The Jordan men’s national basketball team played three games at the 45th edition of the William Jones Cup, as part of its ongoing preparations for the upcoming games against the Philippines and Australia in the fourth window of Group 5 of the Asian Qualifiers for the FIBA Basketball World Cup.

The Jordan Falcons lost to Malaysia (74-80), UC Irvine US (66-84), and Chinese Taipei (64-66), in the games held at the Xinzhuang Gymnasium in New Taipei City.

In the second leg, our national team defeated Malaysia (87-73) and Chinese Taipei (74-69) and lost to the University of California (Irvine) with a score of (49-80).
