BASKETBALLERS IN GROUP B FOR ASIAN GAMES
Jordan have been drawn into Group B for the Asian Games which take place in the Japanese city of Nagoya.
The men’s competition features 12 teams, divided into three groups, with Jordan joined in Group B by Iran, Chinese Taipei and Qatar.
Group A includes Japan, South Korea, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia, while China, Philippines, Bahrain and Kazakhstan are in Group C.
Jordan will open its campaign on September 10 against Chinese Taipei, followed by Qatar on September 12 and Iran on September 13.
Jordan won silver at the last Asian Games held in the Chinese city of Hangzhou in 2023.
